Typical climbing trip program
The program is always tailored to the group, its size, age and capabilities. As a rule, such a trip always begins with a short theoretical introduction and a presentation of the equipment that will be needed for climbing. Participants will become familiar with ropes, harnesses and belay devices. Those interested will be familiarized with belaying methods and the construction of belaying positions. After such an introduction, fishing begins. This is the safest form of climbing because participants are secured by a rope from above. The belayer is usually an instructor, but for those interested, it is possible to conduct training in belaying with a fishing rod. After such training, participants can protect each other. However, this is optional and is intended only for those interested.
We can also tailor the program to the individual needs of a given group according to its ideas.

We offer training periodically on weekends or on specific days of the week in the field of self-defense and martial arts in one of the combat sports schools in Warsaw or in the premises of the company that we will help prepare for training needs. Classes at the martial arts school are held at specific times, taking into account the physical capabilities of the participants.

In the case of cyclical training at a specific time, at the client's request, at the end of the training stage, we organize fights (sparring) in the ring with the participation of professional judges and medical support between training participants. This is one of the ways to realistically verify your inability and cope with the stress that accompanies athletes during sports competitions and competitions, which will bring closer the feelings of stress in situations of everyday threats on the street.

Individual training takes place after an initial assessment of skills and physical fitness, lasting 90 minutes per training
